Vertu Mazda Hamilton staff were good because Scott Williams was a great salesman to deal with, he was very approachable and made us feel at ease as soon as we met him. There was no pressure sales, and he listened and responded to me and my wife's wishes. I got a brilliant price for my trade-in and I got a great deal on my new( to me ) Mazda CX-5. Scott was very kind in his manner and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and wishes. I got new mats, and a full tank of fuel and the car was beautifully presented on our arrival at the dealership. I have high praise for Scott and the team at Vertu in Hamilton. We spoke to one of the valeting team and they were very helpful, and fun to chat with, this made us feel welcome and at ease. I would give Scott 10/10 for his attention to detail his professionalism and his honesty and integrity, sadly missing in so many ways today, suffice to say Vertu in Hamilton and Scott and his team are ideally placed to serve the motoring public perfectly.
